The four-part digital manager program provides understanding and practical tools for developing leadership and managing challenging situations. In the chat with the organizational psychologist, the manager receives support and tools to enhance employee performance and engagement, as well as promote mental health in the workplace. Throughout the program, the manager receives continuous support and then creates an action plan for their team or workplace.

For whom?

For those who want to strengthen their managers' ability to increase employee performance and engagement. It can be used as an intervention if the company is undergoing major changes, if a downturn in production has been detected, or simply to improve performance and mental health in the company.

How does it work?

The manager program starts with an initial video call with an organizational psychologist. The program is conducted online, and the manager has access to the organizational psychologist via chat at all times. Therefore, the manager can work on the program anytime, anywhere, and is expected to work on each part for about 2-4 weeks, depending on their availability. The entire program consists of four parts with different focus areas. A follow-up call is scheduled in consultation between the employee and the organizational psychologist, depending on when it best fits into the process.
