We offer several digital treatment programs that provide employees with flexibility without compromising quality.

Our digital treatments are comprehensive programs where the employee chooses a therapist and then works independently online – with support and encouragement from the therapist via chat. Each chapter takes approximately 2-3 days to complete, meaning the employee only needs to dedicate 10-15 minutes each day. For each chapter, the employee learns about their issues and completes reflection tasks and exercises to apply to daily life. These treatments provide equivalent or better results than traditional therapy, with the flexibility to work at the time and place that suits best.

What's included?

  • Chat support from a selected therapist throughout the treatment.

  • Complete treatment with engaging exercises, educational videos, and recommendations.

  • Flexibility to work wherever and whenever the employee wishes.

Our programs:

Worry Treatment

Sometimes work is negatively impacted by excessive worry. Many employees may get caught up in catastrophic thoughts or rumination, hindering them from fully focusing on tasks or avoiding addressing them. This could involve worrying about failure, fear of being perceived as a fraud, or how changes might affect work situations.

With our sleep treatment, you can address and manage sleep-related problems in employees to promote both individual health and workplace productivity.

Everyone experiences periods of poor sleep. Sleep treatment can be assigned to employees showing signs of persistent sleep difficulties that do not seem to resolve on their own.
