We offer several digital treatment programs that provide employees with flexibility without compromising quality.
Our digital treatments are comprehensive programs where the employee chooses a therapist and then works independently online – with support and encouragement from the therapist via chat. Each chapter takes approximately 2-3 days to complete, meaning the employee only needs to dedicate 10-15 minutes each day. For each chapter, the employee learns about their issues and completes reflection tasks and exercises to apply to daily life. These treatments provide equivalent or better results than traditional therapy, with the flexibility to work at the time and place that suits best.
What's included?
Chat support from a selected therapist throughout the treatment.
Complete treatment with engaging exercises, educational videos, and recommendations.
Flexibility to work wherever and whenever the employee wishes.
