In order to delete your Ahum account, you need to contact our customer service. The easiest way to do so is via info@ahum.se. When an account is removed, your personal information and the payment card information you have provided to Ahum will be deleted.

Please note that any information and/or documents that you have shared directly with your therapist, that the therapist needs in turn to fulfill their legal obligations, will not be deleted. In cases where your therapist uses Ahums platform for record keeping, medical records must by law be kept for ten years after the treatment has ended.

If you want your medical record to be deleted, you must contact the Swedish Health and Care Inspectorate (IVO) and apply for destruction of your medical records. However, destruction of medical records is only approved in exceptional cases.
