I am missing a booking confirmation.

When you make a booking through Ahum, a booking confirmation is sent to the email address you have registered on your account. If you have not received a confirmation of your booking, it may be that the confirmation has ended up in your spam folder.

If you do not find a booking confirmation in your spam folder either, please login to your Ahum account and go to My profile to check if the email that has been registered is correct.

You can, at any time, login to Ahum to see your current bookings, and login to your video calls. So if you can’t find the confirmation in your email, don’t worry! Just login and go to My bookings.

The booking is not under My Bookings

If you have not recieved a booking confirmation and you cannot find the booking under My bookings, then the booking has not been confirmed. It's possible that you added the booking to your cart, but did not finilize the order in the cashier.

You can go to My therapists, to open your therapists profile where you can find his/her available time slots and book a session.
