Where can I find my receipts?

This is how you find your receipt for a passed booking

Receipt for video calls or Face-to-Face sessions

If you have had a video call or a face-to-face session via Ahum, you will find a receipt for your payment by logging in.

Log in to Ahum with your BankID. Then go to My Bookings. Click on Historical Bookings to see bookings that have already passed. Here you can click Receipt at the far right of each booking.

To print your receipt, go to the browser menu and select print.

Shortcut on a Mac: ⌘ + P

Shortcut on a PC: Ctrl + P.
