How do I pay for my booking?

You can pay for your booking with us using a debit or credit card. It is important to register your card before scheduling a meeting, and you can update your payment information at any time by logging into your account! Here's how to register or change your card details:

  • Start by logging into your account through this link.

  • Then, click on your name at the top left, under the Ahum logo.

  • Scroll down the page until you see the heading "My Payment Cards."

  • When you click on "Manage Payment Cards," you'll be taken to a page where you can add or update your existing payment card!

Once your card details are registered, and you have an upcoming booking, the payment will automatically be processed 24 hours before the meeting takes place. If, for any reason, the payment doesn't go through, you can log into your account and make the payment afterward.

Here is how to do it:

  • Start by logging into your account through this link.

  • Click on "My Bookings" at the menu to the left and click "Pay" next to your booking.

  • If you don't see the "Pay" button next to your booking, it may have been too long since the meeting was taking place. In that case, an invoice will be sent to you via email in a few days. There is no additional fee for this.


The payment didn't go through, why?

There can be various reasons why the payment didn't go through, most common is that:

  • The expiration date of your debit or credit card has passed

  • There is not enough money on the card

  • The card is not enabled for online purchases

  • The system couldn't establish contact with your bank at the time of the transaction

Once you've verified these factors, you can log into your Ahum account and make the payment.


My card is not being accepted, why?

Ahum accepts most card issuers, such as MasterCard, Visa och Maestro. To ensure your card is approved with us, it needs to:

  • Be enabled for online purchases

  • Have enough money

  • Be issued in Sweden

  • Be valid


I have an insurance case with you - how do I pay?

If you have an active insurance case with us, you will not need to pay for your bookings with a card. Instead, it will be covered by the code provided to you by email! When scheduling a meeting with your therapist and proceeding to the checkout, scroll down to "Alternative Payment Methods." Choose "Booking Code" and enter the code you have received. When you do this, the meeting will be paid for through your insurance!
